Can Anyone tell me how to get unlimited health on gta iv for ps3 and there is no gameshark?

there is no cheat or game shark code that can give you unlimited health but being able to defend yourself by equipping body armour and restoring your health regularly will make the missions easier, the other cheats should help too.
