ok so i got my ps3 version of gta 4 and i do have s 360 btw but i just wanted gta on ps3 but anyway io herd a rumor that rockstar are making a second dlc just for ps3 and that microsoft are threatining to sue because rockstar agreed to make dlc for there console only

No, it isn’t true, because the second DLC ‘The Ballad of Gay Tony’ is still Xbox 360 exclusive.

Ps3 Game Files Are Getting Corrupted?

Ok i have a ps3 and i have been playing gta iv alot. all my files were ok nothing had happened. after i turned off my ps3. then i turned it back on i wanted to play gta iv it said file corrupted and it automatically started a new game. the game i had saved was another persons save. so i did the save again. and again the same thing happened. is somethin wrong with my ps3 or is it because i am using someone elses save how do i fix this someone please help thank you
i have been using somone elses game save for over month this hasnt happened untill now so….??

well at times when the hdd light is flashing if you shut off the ps3 it could cause the data to be lost it happened to me twice so far once on need for speed carbon
and cod world at war

i have a 32’s inch hdtv which supports 1080p ..and i played gta iv on both 1080p and 720p and it seems that 720p is better ? if iam wrong plz tell me which make gaming with better graphics.. and if i marked on 1080p only in the display settings any game which doesnt work on 1080p wont work till i mark on the resolution it works on ? .. plz help .tHx

720p definitely.
1080p only looks good for the real big hd tv’s, 720 is easily the better with your size.

Like MrL says below most PS3 games are still 720p. Though there are some at 1080p.

The resolution 1080p is a lot higher than 720p standard.

Don’t include 1080i. 1080i is naff and 720p is considered a better option.

1080p on the other hand is the best and has many more lines drawn per pass. The entire image is put on screen with one pass (Progressive) unlike interlaced (1080i) which puts on odd and even numbers in different passes given a less detailed and less smooth image. Do note that 1080i is 540 doubled.
