GTA IV PS3 Jagged Lines??
Hi! i got gta4 on my ps3 , im using an hdmi cable connected to an lg 47" 1080p TV, but ive noticed alot of jagged lines while im playin , is there any way to avod for this , thanks in advance……oh and i have other games like ratchet and clank assassins creed that dont have these lines
i tried playing it on 720p it has jagged lines too. and the toher games i have are 720p why dont they have jagged lines.thx again

GTA 4 displays in 1080p. I would suggest unchecking 720p and 1080i in the display option from the desktop just in case. But i did notice that there are a bit a jagged lines in that game anyway. Its just because of the massive size of the city and the amount of actions that are taking place, they cant have the most detailed graphics. But GTA isnt really known for its graphics but for its inventive gameplay and interaction. I also noticed that it helps to turn up the brightness or contrast in the game options menu, the game tends to be kind of dark.

Try playing it on 720p
Due to the nature of cross platforms between 360 n ps3 it only runs at 720p and then the ps3/your tv upscales it, so you get hte jagged lines, i might suggest settingthe ps3 to 720p but hten your tv would still upscale it to 1080p so it would make not much diffrnece, jsut keep a fair distnace form the TV then oyu wont notice
