how can i get the new gta4 ps3 update with the trophies?

ive been on holiday and just come back and found out theres a new update for gta4 i updated my ps3 and looked on the internet for the gta update but i cannot find it i do not have acces to the ps3 online cuz my wireless router is broken so can some one tell me how i can get it plz
