I'm sure the graphics and frame rates and all that are better for the PC, but what I'm really interested in is the multi-player setup. As you know, the MP setup on PS3 is a complete abomination, so much so that I won't buy the next one if they don't fix it, i.e. add a lobby. So I'm wondering how the PC setup works. Is it easy to find a room with a lot of players? And have people created new missions with modding? I've only played GTA games on consoles so I really have no idea how the PC version works.
