yes it is, i own a copy and play it every day and still enjoy it cop chases are fun and the Story is long enough that it take's two days to complete just the main missions, i tried to speed run it and it took me twelve hours without going to the safe house and weapon stores and no side quests if your in doubt about buying a new console then watch some clips in googles video section or look for some reviews useing googles web search all in all its a great game and burys grand theft auto vice city, san andreas,3 in a deep hole to never be heard of again.
