need help ps3 or xbox 360?

i don’t know what to get cuz i was thinking about getting gta 4 but my xbox just broke so i am trying to see which one to buy at sears ps3 gta4=460$ then the only xbox avalible is eleite which is xbox360 gta4=510$ is th e xbox worth the 50$ more or should i go with the ps3 heeeelp i need answer before tomorrow
the only reason why i am saying elite is becuase that is the only one….. so far i am thinking of going with ps3…. not so much xbox
BTW how long is the xbox warenty (GRRRRR)

don't buy either. IF you can wait, wait till both Sony and Microsoft release their new console models. Microsoft is releasing a new 60GB model with a new jasper chip next month, 8-6-08, less likely to have problems, RROD, price $349. Sony is upgrading the 40GB to an 80GB, same price, $399. You'll probably regret it if you buy one now.

If you can't wait though, the 360 has better games right now. But the PS3 is releasing a lot of new exclusives this yr. Still kind of a gamble to get a ps3 though. Haze was a disappointment.

3 yrs for the Red Ring problem, 1 yr for everything else.

PS3 is better graphics on the other hand Xbox360 has some great games and go lower than the elite no way you need that much memory and If you do just buy extra!!!

I will assume you are out of warranty for your 360 (every box comes with a warranty just call 1- 800 - 4 - my - xbox)

I have read the PS3 version of GTA has many bugs and glitches, but I have not personally played it. If you have Xbox Live already, then I would just get another 360, that way you can play with your friends and get more gamerscore.
