should i get Gears of War?
i always wanted to get gears of war, i just never had the time and i ended up getting another game >;
i dunno if i should get gears, bcuz yea, it looks kool and has fun MP, but its out for a long time, so it had its time.
plus gears of war 2 is coming out soon, but i dunno if it will live up to the hype, bcuz alot of games so far were anticiped and didnt live up to the hype…
i dunno should i get it? or should i wait till november?

GTA IV didnt live up to the hype for me :
gta definitely did not live up to the hype, but even if GOW 2 does not, it will still be better than the original. So i would wait and get the new one. the original has sucky matchmaking too. Don’t expect the Halo 3 or COD 4 matchmaking experience from the 1st one.

Yeah, Gears of War was a really good game.
But I stick to Halo

dont buy gears of war. the second one is comming out soon, and the online play is suppost to be way better than it was on gears of war. plus once gears of war 2 comes out no one will play the original b/c the second is just about the same, just with better features.
If you played CoD4 for a long time youre not gonna like GoW. I bought it used incase I didnt like it and returned it cause the controls feel so stiff compared to CoD. Plus it takes forever to kill one enemy in story mode. Depends on the difficulty but instead of making the enemies harder they make them stronger which is BS.
Learn to wait Games will be much better My parents never bought me a single game since 2005 which was Zeldas wind waker just this year I got a ps2 boring as hell so now their buying me a 360.I suggest you just wait for Gears of war 2 and some other good games that are being released bro.

Gears of War is the best third person tactical shooter I have ever played (better than any Socom game).
nah i think its a waste of money, dont get it. it looks like the people making gears of war did an amazing job with the game and all, but all that was completely messed up and ruined by the COMPLETELY STUPID 3rd person controls. this makes the game nearly impossible to play and enjoy… save your money for something better.
but if your gonna get it at all get the second one
