COD4 hasn't worked well since the Live updates when all systems were down. Now, I can play a match and try and stick inside that game lobby for as long as possible, but if I leave the match or sometimes for no reason at all, I get disconnected from Live. When I log back on, the last games and progress and rank are erased. I've lost them forever.

Also, I've tried to connect for GTA4 and I've only had one successful match so far.

I wrote xbox live and they suggested working on NATS (through the modem). I did and nothing changed.

HELP!!
