I don’t have an Xbox 360 or PS3 so I just beat the game on my PC and I have to say, I was very unimpressed. Now that I beat the story missions there’s really nothing to do other than do the random missions to get 100% completion. I really enjoyed GTA:SA more, I’m not a huge fan of the “gangster” oriented games but there was so much more to do once the story was complete. I had a lot of fun with the myths circulating on the internet (UFO’s, The Epsilon Cult, Bigfoot, The Killer etc.)

You could also wage war on enemy gangs, but with GTA 4 if you cap anyone other than mission NPC’s you now have to deal with the entire police force. Heck, even if you scratch a police car you have to deal with the entire LCPD. The more realistic driving was cool but it’s very limited compared to actual driving. A toyota pickup could take a turn better than a Turismo.
