What is the best gaming system for a 13 year old boy?
I want to buy a new system, but I have no clue what to get… I've been to many websites and read many articles about which on it the best but, I'd like a little help… I don't really want a wii because of the Graphics, and because all of my friends who have one say their boring… The problem with 360s are that they break- so I hear… My friends broke with in 1 year… PS3 sounds nice… But it doesn't have any games that are really my age… I can play games like halo, but my mom really doesn't want me to play gta… All my friends have 360s, I have a Gamecube, a PS2, a DS, and a Apple Ibook G4… I would like to play computer games, but I can't afford a 500$ computer… I have 200$ cash, and another 200$ in target gift cards. And please don't say read a book, because I all ready read allot so…

i say get the xbox 360 its worth it
Honestly for your age, the Wii and the games that are available for it probably suit your needs best. The games for x360 and PS3 typically have a higher esrb rating, and you could have difficulties purchasing games for it for a few years. The stock games that come with the Wii may be a bit boring, but there are new games like Mario Kart (I played last night for first time since N64 days, and had a blast) that are fun as heck, regardless of age.
I guess thats all I can suggest at this point, as my gaming tastes are probably a little different because of 25 years age different

well I say 360 but Ps3 u don't have to pay for internet and u can serf the web, download free stuff and you can meet any random person cause of home and on the 360 u can have parties, and some wii graphics aren't that bad there is some bad but good ones
Well, mate, if all your friends have 360's and 360 has the best online play. Then I say buy a 360. If you take good care of your 360 it should be fine. I took good care of mine, and I had mine for 3 years. There are also a lot of good games for your age on 360, and you were right, PS3's last longer usually but, their target audience is for older teenagers.
Anyway, I say you wait for more answers…ask around…ask your friends…and make up your own mind…
