Where can I buy an Xbox 360 with all the stuff I need!?

Here is what I am looking for:
Xbox 360 console 20gb or 60gb. Or the elite. I dont care.
2 wireless controllers
All the cables
Some games:
For sure- Call of Duty WAW, GTA4, Halo 3, Bioshock, Left 4 dead.
Maybe Socom, End wars, Gears of war

Also I want it to have 12 month gold xbox live, with a headset, and text pad if possible.

If anyone could find me somethign like this it would be great! Plus I will give you 10 points!

The most I want to spend is 400. Try to keep it under 350 if at all possible.

I find a deal for Xbox 360 Pro 60 GB is only $254..you can have a look at it..hope it helps.

You can get good deals at ebay.com. They are some priced as low as $250.00. Check there. I hoped i helped.
