Which one is the better……..?

the MGS4 PS3 bundle: which has the 80 gb PS3, comes with the new dualshock 3 controller, and the Metal Gear Solid 4 game which cost 499.99 then i want to get GTA IV which costs 59.99

or

a 40 gb PS3 which costs 399.99 and then buy MGS4 and GTA IV seperate for 59.99 each

i really wanted the bundle but its out of stock everywhere, ive checked. so m other option would be the 40 gb. the thing is it has 40 less gb and i wouldnt get the new duialshock 3 controller it would just be the sixxaxis( and most games dont even support rumble now anyway) i thought about it and im not gonna be putting pics on there or videos or anything like that. its just gonna be to play games on my tv, online, and maybe watch some dvds or blurays. so what should i do?
i really wanted to be able to play ps2 games but i can just play them on my ps2 the games wont look as good on the ps3 right?

The Dual shock 3 retails for around $55 (most new games support vibration, including MGS4 and GTA4), and the upgrade to 80GB from 40GB is pretty significant with more and more games using the HDD for install data. Not to mention the bw compatibility if you don't own a PS2. Two USB ports is plenty except for Rock Band, but you can get a USB splitter for that.

For me, $560 for 80GB w/DS3, MGS4, GTA4 is better than $520 for 40GB 2 games, and sixaxis.

Differences between 40GB and 80GB

2 USB ports
Flash Card Readers (none on 40GB)
No BC on 40GB
No Chrome Trim on 40GB

There is really no visual difference with playing PS2 game on the PS2 or PS3. If anything, I find they look a little 'grainy' on PS3. My Advise would be to hold out just a little longer for the 80GB - If you go with the 40GB you will spend $519.97, the 80GB would be $559.98 so the above list ^^ is what you will get for the extra $30.00

Well get the ps3 80 gig, And then buy your favorite games. Because that the bundles are always gone. I got the bundle with motor storm in it. But dont get the 40 it cant play and ps1 or ps2 games so go with the 60 or 80 depending on how much you are going to put on the ps3.
