why couldnt gta 4 just be a ps3 exclusive?
they left out alot of things in gta4 because it couldnt fit all in xbox 360 discs(8gb dvd)…but in the ps3 blu rays(50gb) they could of added alot more like better graphics bigger maps longer stories and everything from previous versions…why wasnt it a ps3 exclusive? like it was and should be
Because Microsoft has a lot of money. They throw it at companies and take Sony's exclusives. They paid Rockstar 50 million just to get exclusive content on the Xbox 360. Money talks. Rockstar gets the profits from the Xbox 360 owners who bought the game as well as the PS3 owners, the 50 million dollars, and money from both Xbox 360 and PS3 owners for future downloadable content. They will make out like bandits with GTA IV.

1. the game wasn't published by Sony.
2. they make more money from it being multi-platform.
the previous gta titles (gta3, vice city, san andreas, liberty city stories, vice city stories) were successful hits on the pc, xbox, psp, and ps2.
