With the upcoming release of Metal Gear Solid 4, I’m really tempted to get the 80 gig PS3 bundle. Should I?
I already have an Xbox 360 with GTA IV, Halo 3, and Call of Duty 4. So I already have some of the better multi-platform games which I wouldn't really buy again for PS3 if I did indeed get one. Are there other games besides MGS4 that are good enough to actually convince me to purchase a PS3? The Blu-ray support is definitely a plus… so there's always that. However, I want to spend the money knowing that I'll get a little more use out of it than just one game and some hi def movies. Any suggestions.

I was in the exact same dilemma. Best solution. Rent
Blockbusters and Rentacenter.com, both rent out PS3 consoles.
Since i already own a 360, i havent really seen much need for a PS3 except to play MGS4, so im going to rent one until im good and done with MGS4 and then return it.
Are there any games which justify buying a PS3? I would say NO. Right now and for the rest of the year, the 360 has more AAA titles and generally multiplat games run smoother on it. The PS3 doesnt really have any games which justify purchasing it on top of a 360. Save you money. Rent a PS3 till you get bored, then return it.
