Xbox 360 Disk reading problem.?
Heres some rules before you answer
1.Don't post any "buy a ps3" answers becuase I don't want a system with no online capabillities.

Heres how the story goes my friend was at my house playing an online game of halo 3 using a direct connection for xbl.So he leaves the room and trips over the ethernet cable wich cuased the xbox 360 to fall to its side.This also scratched up halo a bit anyway when I played it,a disk reading error showed up.So I went to a gamestore and asked to see if they'd play it on there 360,It worked just fine.I also borrowed my friends GTA 4 (which is pretty old) and there error came up.What should I do?
Now that we tried GTA4 again it works perfectly so does any other game I play.Its just Halo which has a crack but,Halo 3 still works on any other 360 except mine.

mine did that all you can do is get a ne wone because you can pay to get it fixed but it will last no longer than 2 weeks and it will kill all your games
yeah my xbox is doing the same thing right now but im not sure how to fix it…the best bet would be to send it in but im too lazy to try that…can u still play demos?cause if you can than its ur scanner thats the problem
i got rid of halo when gears of war 2 came out and mine worked perfectly it had scratches here and there but it still ran fine. so yesterday i decided to go buy halo again and it was working perfect playing online and sum custom games and then today i go to play it and im getting kicked out of like every online game and the xbox is saying the disc is unreadable. so you should just buy a new one thats what im going to do or you can exchange it if you recently bought it
